Information at the disposal of politicsgovernance.com has indicated that the suspended Councilor, Hon Festus Oke Inana, was replaced due to his vibrancy and inquisitiveness.
The Legislative Arm,it was gathered held and emergency plenary in other to replace the suspended Chief Whip, Rt Hon Festus Oke Inana who represents Orogun ward 9.
Prior to the replacement, Hon Festus Oke Inana, Hon Collins Oghenebrorhie Arhiakpore and Hon Okeoghene Doris Isodje were suspended over alleged misconduct and breach of oath of secrecy.
Though the Leader of the Ughelli North Legislative Arm, Rt Hon Prosper Okeoghene Ajero could not be reached for commentas his mobile lines were switched off, it was learned that the emergency plenary was held purposely for the impeachment and replacement of the former Chief Whip.
It would be recalled that the suspended councillors has in an online program accused the council chairman, Olorogun Jaro Movudu Egbo of inducing their colleagues with N .2 million each to suspend them indefinitely.
The allegations were however denied by the council chairman.
Efforts to contact Rt Hon Festus Oke Inana for comment was not successful as calls to his mobile phone number were not answered nor replied.
